Coverage: 1 active published awards; 1 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Planning and rationale

No-engagement rationaleNot published |
Procedure rationaleDuring research into providers that are able to provide both EAP services alongside staff benefits, it was found the Perkbox (formerly VivUp) were able to provide both, with an improvement to the service and in the timescales required.
BHCC will now be saving c£129k over the full life of the contract by combining the services. This was confirmed by researching existing pricing in contracts and comparisons to other framework agreements with Perkbox providing best value.
Perkbox have previously provided Brighton and Hove City Council with services above and beyond what was requested at no extra charge. |
