Part of IPG Project plan for CE & CF capital project for Leadenhall Decarbonisation. Upgrading 34 Leadenhall Market and 32/33 Leadenhall Market single phase supplies to 3 phase to meet electrification demands of heating and cooling. Also build energy resilience into the Market's energy infrastructure for future needs. Potential saving of 3 tonnes per year to enable further Net zero and MEES works. Additional safety reasons to not overload current single phase supplies. CBRE only project managing the whole installation as the incumbent FM provider to Leadenhall.
