Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 11 active published awards; 9 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

This VEAT notice is to notify of our intention to award a contract for the supply of two Xevo TQ-XS Systems. The multi-steroid assays that are critical for the research and important for further translation and innovation have been developed on the Waters Xevo TQ-XS platform in partnership among Institutes. The further development, application and translation of these assays is critically dependent on cross-validation across platforms. Therefore, LMS needs specifically the Waters platform. UKRI intends to award a contract to Waters as the only provider of equipment capable of meeting our requirements and considers that award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition is justified under regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the PCR 2015 because competition is absent for technical reasons. Additional information: UKRI intends to award a contract to Waters Limited as the only provider of equipment capable of meeting our requirements and considers that award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition is justified under regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the PCR 2015 because competition is absent for technical reasons.
