The contract will be offered for a period of three years (3 years), with an option to extend for an additional 1+1 year (5 years in total) at the Council’s sole discretion. The annual contract value is estimated to be £501,000. Additional information: To deliver the Service, the provider must also source and deliver a building in Lambeth with 35 bed spaces/units to accommodate 35 single adults. The accommodation must provide a recovery orientated living environment, demonstrating compliance with the necessary standards
