Coverage: 12 active published awards; 11 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The Office of Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) informed Local Authorities of their intention to award indicative sums of additional funding to support improvements in the quality and capacity of local drug and alcohol treatment systems in 2022/23 to 2024/25.
The budget is not confirmed and may be between £2m and £9m, however the requirement for bids is needed urgently to respond to the OHID, consequently the procedure is being run with short indicative timelines, and an estimated tender return deadline of early May 2022.
