Coverage: 83 active published awards; 61 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The successful tender must be able to demonstrate an understanding and experience of engaging vulnerable children and young people in the Youth Justice System.
Specifically, the successful organisation must be able to provide a management structure and staff that delivers a service which will form part of the YJS’ overall Out of Court Disposal framework for young people aged 10-17 that are eligible for a Youth Restorative Disposal (YRD).
The diversion service will run Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year but the successful organisation must ensure that they are able to work different hours to respond to the need as instructed by Cardiff Youth Justice Service largely based on availability of children and young people and their families. This may include evening or weekend work.
