Coverage: 49 active published awards; 49 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The London Borough of Southwark is procuring social inclusion supported accommodation services that support people with a range of needs including mental health needs across multiple sites in Southwark. We currently support people with multiple and complex needs that often mean they are socially excluded – mental health is a common thread but there are other issues that people need support with such as homelessness, involvement in the criminal justice system and substance misuse issues. Southwark is planning on commissioning Social Inclusion Supported Accommodation services to therefore promote social inclusion. The services will operate across several different buildings in Southwark and will be split into separate Lots. These lots are based on the level of support required and also whether or not we have a building available for use. The Market Warming event will take place virtually on Microsoft Teams: Monday 15th April 2024 from 2:30pm to 4:00pm. A link to the event will be provided following the deadline upon receipt of the attendance form. Please submit the attendance form on the portal by 12 Noon on Friday 12th April 2024 via the link below https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=d160e07b-b8f1-ee11-8129-005056b64545
