Coverage: 135 active published awards; 133 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Northumberland County Council is proposing to replace James Calvert Spence College (JCSC) within the existing site boundary. A new location for the building facilitates the continued safe operation of the school whilst construction takes place with demolition of the existing buildings to follow once the new school becomes operational. This will be an 11-18 secondary school for 720 pupils. It is proposed that the new school buildings will use innovative technologies to create a net zero carbon in operation school. As well as improving the teaching and learning environment for current and future pupils in the schools, improvements to the on-site sporting and community facilities will benefit the wider Amble community. The enhanced facilities include:
• A Floodlit 3G full size Football pitch
• A Multi Use Games Areas (MUGA)
• A series of grass football and rugby pitches
It is proposed that all the accommodation will be provided within a single two storey building
