What is being bought
The London Borough of Lewisham (LBL) will be inviting suppliers to submit for a tender opportunity. It is anticipated that this will be in 2022 for a supported housing service to go live in April 2023. The service will for people with severe and enduring mental health needs, and will fit into the LBL mental supported housing pathway. It will be a 34 bed service across 4 buildings, with a mix of 24 hour cover and visiting support. Each building used for the contract comes with a registered landlord. There will be a market warming event for this contract on Tuesday the 26/04/2022 from 2pm. The event will take place remotely over Microsoft Teams. During this meeting the service details will be presented and questions / suggestions will be welcomed from attendees. We are looking to commission a quality service and would welcome interest from providers. If your organisation would like to attend the event please response via the portal clearly stating the correct email address and a Teams invite will be send to the email address you provide. Please provide the name and email address for the individual/s who wish to attend along with the name of your organisation and the position they hold Company Name Attendee Email address Position
