Coverage: 12 active published awards; 12 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Surrey County Council in partnership with the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) and Surrey Police, will be recommissioning Domestic Abuse services and we would like to invite potential and existing providers of these services to take part in our virtual market engagement session.
The purpose of this event will be:
• To share the knowledge Surrey County Council has collated so far which has included talking to our survivors and gaining their insight, meeting with our current partners, and completing a revised needs assessment.
• To outline our potential services for recommission
• Provide a high-level timeframe and the next steps
The detailed Domestic Abuse Services recommissioning model is still in development, and any information gathered from this event will help to inform the recommissioning and procurement process.
Our context
Surrey County Council is embarking on the process of recommissioning some of our Domestic Abuse services. This may include changes to our current way in which we deliver services as we want to strengthen the way we ensure survivors, children, and young people, are free from the harm caused by perpetrator behaviour. We would like to invite potential and existing providers to play a key part in shaping our Domestic Abuse service in Surrey.
Surrey County Council is committed to working collaboratively with partners and providers to develop a high-quality Domestic Abuse provision that contributes to improved outcomes for our all that are experiencing domestic abuse. We know that in Surrey our vision is for every adult and child experiencing domestic abuse to be seen, safe and heard but to ensure this happens we are dependent on the contributions of all agencies, partners, and communities working and living in Surrey and this commissioned provision will play a key role in Surrey’s wider system.
