Additional information: A Market Engagement event will be held on 19th April 2023 starting from 14:00 to 16:00 at Hampshire County Council, Elizabeth II Court, Sussex St, Winchester SO23 8BH. This event will be both in-person and broadcast via MS Teams for people who may want to access it remotely. The aim and objectives of this event are listed below: Aim: To provide an opportunity for commissioners and providers to engage in discussions to inform the local commissioning, procurement, and delivery of Level 3 Sexual and Reproductive Health Services for Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, and Southampton. Objectives for Commissioners: • To engage organisations who deliver sexual and reproductive health services to understand the breadth, scope, and perspective of the market to inform and shape plans for the service. • To generate interest and competition for tenders. • To identify opportunities for greater collaboration, innovation, and transformation in relation to service models, service quality and delivery, and service development. • To improve the quality of bids received. Objectives for Providers: • To increase awareness of Local Authority and NHSE requirements for any future Sexual and Reproductive Health tenders. • To provide opportunities to meet commissioners and other providers. • To identify opportunities for greater collaboration, innovation, and transformation in relation to service models, service quality and delivery, and service development. • To have an opportunity to influence specifications and service models. • To identify the information requirements of Commissioners to support potential bidders to improve tender quality.
