Coverage: 28 active published awards; 27 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Oxfordshire County Council are commissioning and procuring an Adult Short Breaks service for those with a Learning Disability. This will be delivered as building based support with emergency and outreach support included as an option. Eligibility and level of allocation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. This design incorporates the flexibility for families to access Adult Short Breaks to fit around their lives and any arising needs.
The subject matter of this procurement process relates to the delivery of services which are listed in Schedule 3 to the regulations. As such, the procurement process adopted by the Commissioners has been developed in accordance with Regulation 76 of the regulations and in particular in accordance with the fundamental public procurement principles of transparency and equal treatment. For the avoidance of doubt this means that the Commissioners have not adopted the open procedure (as such term is defined in the regulations) for the undertaking of this procurement process. The fact that in this Contract Notice at Section IV.1) the field/box relating to type of procedure may default to the term ‘Open’ does not mean that this procedure is being followed by the Commissioners.
