What is being bought
Reading Borough Council are completing an ITT exercise for the provision of Housing First and Flexible Response - Lot 1 must (i) deliver a high-fidelity Housing First model1 of support and acquire accommodation for clients and (ii) deliver Couples Move-on Support using assertive, creative, and flexible support responses.Lot 2 must deliver a Flexible Response Service to Rough Sleeping to include outreach, tenancy sustainment/rescue and navigator support using assertive, out of hours and flexible end-to-end responses that promote a lifestyle away from the streets and prevent people from returning.Suppliers that would like to take part in this process are invited to Express Interest upon which they will be given access to the full documentation delivered through this portal.
