What is being bought
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking to commission a comprehensive tobacco cessation service via a Prime Supplier model. The Prime Supplier shall provide leadership, coordination and accountability for the full service.
The aims of the service are to:
• Reduce prevalence of smoking, smoking attributable morbidity and mortality in Tower Hamlets
• Improve the health of the local populations, and reduce health inequalities associated with smoking
