Coverage: 220 active published awards; 199 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The purpose of this framework is to provide All Wales NRW Forestry Operations teams with the resource to manage the Ground preparation programme of works predominantly within the Welsh Government Woodland Estate (WGWE). This framework could also be used for NRW funded projects if appropriate.
NRW is responsible for the management of the WGWE and has an annual restocking and new planting programme of around 1600 ha’s, requiring some four million trees. NRW manages the WGWE sustainably and is certified by both the Forest Stewardship Council and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification, to meet the UK Woodland Assurance Standard.
