DMCV 022 - Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) Notice for the provision of Shropshire Domestic Abuse Victim Service

THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION. THIS IS PRE MARKET ENGAGEMENT. We are currently preparing to commission domestic abuse support across Shropshire. This support will be shaped by our statutory responsibilities under the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 and guided by the findings of the Shropshire Domestic Abuse Needs Assessment. Our aim is to ensure that the commissioned services are safe, accessible, and responsive to the diverse needs of survivors and their families. In light of the launch of the Shropshire Domestic Abuse Partnership Strategy, we are offering an additional market engagement event opportunity for potential providers to participate. Through this market engagement session, we hope to: •Share our vision and commissioning priorities for domestic abuse support in Shropshire. •Gather feedback from potential providers and stakeholders on service design, delivery challenges, and opportunities for innovation. •Understand the market’s capacity and readiness to deliver services aligned with our goals. •Inform the development of a robust and inclusive procurement process that reflects both statutory duties and local needs.
