Coverage: 424 active published awards; 420 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Derbyshire County Council require the delivery of a new Recovery Initiative to deliver a co-ordinated and consistent quality of recovery related service provision across all districts and boroughs (potentially including online/virtual support) excluding Derby City. However the Council reserves the right to award the contract following the initial evaluation where a suitable solution is identified which meets the Councils requirements without negotiation. Please see tender documentation for further details There will be a six-month mobilisation period prior to the service contract start date of 01 May 2024. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend the contract for a further two 12-month periods, subject to available funding.
