Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 120 active published awards; 120 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The contractor will also be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facilities, repairs and maintenance and opening and closing each day. The facilities are available free of charge for customers and comprise the following key aspects: — a waste reception area with a wide range of containers in which to deposit materials brought onto the site, with the emphasis on material segregation and storage to facilitate reuse, recycling and composting. Health and safety and positive interaction with customers to the facility are key parts of its operation, as is the consideration for disabled users, — the transport of materials to material markets to enable its processing or disposal via a dedicated service area, — bring site containers for recyclable materials, — storage areas for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), — a reception building to be used by the site attendants to help and direct customers within the HWRC. Additional information: It is likely that there will be a Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (TUPE) transfer in relation to this contract.
