Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 4 active published awards; 4 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Holistic Assessment Service- £1,225k to commission a project providing emergency accommodation and wrap-around assessment and support for non-UK national rough sleepers with medium to high support needs and unclear entitlements/immigration status; 2. Training programme for homelessness and migrant sectors- £53k to commission a training programme to up-skill the homelessness and migrant sectors on supporting non-UK national rough sleepers; and 3. Roma Rough Sleepers Mediator Service- £622k to commission a specialist outreach and support service for Roma rough sleepers. The deadline to reply to this survey will be 22/02 at 5pm.
