Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The overarching aim is to reduce the number of children coming into care particularly from mothers with more than one child in or on the edge of care. The advocacy service seeks to reduce the negative impact on families and communities within Medway and to support families who are experiencing trauma as a result of removal of children into local authority care.
The service will work in partnership to deliver a needs-led, high quality Advocacy services to meet the needs of birth mothers whose children are on the edge or in care (Repeat Removals) service. The service will be free at the point of access.
