Published requirement descriptionThe Council is seeking to establish a Community Based Services Framework enabling the purchasing of services for Adults and Children in Wiltshire.
The strategic direction to recommission all homecare in Wiltshire with the preferred option via a single joint framework, covering adults and children. The framework would offer a range of lots to cover all the Community Based service areas required

Published description of the framework
Opening Number 1 will commence in 2028 for the Successive Framework to be awarded with the service commencement date of 1st April 2029. Opening Number 2 will commence in 2030 for the Successive Framework to be awarded with the service commencement date of 1st April 2031.

Engagement Process Description: This Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) Notice is being published to inform the wider supply chain, including both existing providers currently contracted with Wiltshire Council and new or prospective providers, that Wiltshire Council will be hosting a series of more…
online and in-person market engagement events in preparation for an upcoming tender opportunity. Wiltshire Council invites all interested providers, including both existing contract holders and new market entrants with experience or interest in delivering community-based services to children and adults, to take part in this engagement. We are particularly interested in hearing from providers who have an active presence in Wiltshire or who are based in neighbouring local authority areas - such as Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire, Swindon, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, or Berkshire and who are able to deliver services locally. Providers with a CQC-registered office in Wiltshire or a neighbouring authority area will be especially well-placed to contribute to the development of a sustainable and responsive local service model. Attendance is limited to two persons per provider. The market engagement events will take place from May to July 2025. Full location and joining details will be provided upon receipt of a provider’s expression of interest. Please register your interest by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “AC2228 PME Registration”, ensuring your email is sent before the stated registration deadlines.
