The Framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector and private organisations which comply with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 including YPO’s internal requirements. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO and Other Contracting Authorities by establishing an agreement where the end customer will place the order with the Provider and the Provider delivered direct to the end customer. The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 22 June 2021 to 21 June 2023 with two options to extend for an additional 12 months.
