NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (referred to as the Commissioner) are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express their interest in the provision of a Youth Therapeutic offer 14-24 inclusive).<br/><br/>The aim of the service is to provide a Therapeutic Pathway for 14-24 (inclusive) year olds to offer mild-moderate emotional wellbeing and mental health support for young people. Evidence based support may include emotional wellbeing and mental health advice, Youth Work and Counselling. Essential to deliver 'drop-in' based support via several locally based hubs.<br/><br/>The contract period will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further two years, commencing 1st April 2024. The contract value is £1,450,000 per annum.

Essential to deliver 'drop-in' based support via several locally based hubs.<br/><br/>This service will meet the following objectives:<br/><br/>• CYP will have access to a youth therapeutic service providing early intervention for emerging mild to moderate social, emotional and mental health needs.<br/><br/>• The Youth therapeutic pathway will engage CYP in their local communities wherever possible with both online and face to face options made available to them.<br/><br/>• The Youth therapeutic pathway will provide specific and targeted support for CYP who are engaging in self-injury and self-harm behaviours.<br/><br/>• This support will lead to a reduction in emotional wellbeing and mental health problems extending into adulthood, leading to a reduction in the associated financial and social costs of mental health care across the lifespan.<br/><br/>The provider of this project will commit to working collaboratively with children and young people's mental health (CYPMH) and wider health, education and care system partners and adopt a Thrive approach for CYP accessing mental health (MH) servicesContract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published
