## Description
The Council intends to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of passenger transport services. The procurement procedure is in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (SI2015/103) (PCR 2015)A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is a completely electronic system used to purchase commonly used goods, works or services.
