Coverage: 14 active published awards; 14 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Wirral Council are currently considering options for the future design and procurement of their approach for, leadership and co-ordination across the Community, Voluntary and Faith Sector with a view to commencing the proposed new service/s on 1st May 2024. As a part of this process, the commissioners of this service are keen to capture provider experience, skills, knowledge and concerns at an early point to ensure these can be fully considered throughout the service and procurement design phases. A consistent, evidence-based, and practical approach will be developed to ensure that Wirral based Community, Voluntary and Faith sector organisations have effective leadership and are equipped with the support and skills to participate in the delivery of the Wirral Plan, Wirral Health and Wellbeing Strategy and the newly-emerging place-based priorities including the developing neighbourhoods programme.
