Description: TfN is seeking a new Wider Economic and Social Impacts Partner for the Northern Powerhouse Rail (NPR) programme. This will cover:
-Supplementary Economic Model development
-Wider Impacts appraisal development
-Modelling & appraisal programme support (i.e. running tools)
