Site: Land to the west of Bampton Road, Leigham, Plymouth Service required: Procurement of the Contractor, for the design and build post RIBA stage 3, of 7.no new affordable dwellings, with associated hard and soft landscaping (including external works to the public car park). Description: The site is (0.35ha) located to the west of Bampton Road, and is an existing, non-demarcated, surface level, public car park. The site (0.12ha) on which the affordable dwellings will be built is owned by PCH. The dwellings will need to be delivered in accordance with Plymouth Community Homes, Employers Requirements.
