## Description
The Integrated Community Drug and Alcohol Service will offer recovery-oriented care to any Waltham Forest resident who requires it. The service shall cater to all ages and for all substances, and take a preventive approach for people of all ages, with an awareness of the importance of early intervention.
London Borough of Waltham Forest have followed Direct Award Process C for the award of the Waltham Forest Substance and Alcohol Misuse Service.
