## Description

The appointed Supplier will be required to work collaboratively with SDDC-drawing on insight gathered through previous and forthcoming community engagement-to deliver a modern, safe, and inclusive concrete skatepark that reflects local needs and industry best practice. The scope of works includes:

- Refurbishment of the existing teen shelter

- Delivering all associated landscaping, surfacing, footpaths, and ancillary works
- Providing a post‑installation inspection from RoSPA or an RPII‑accredited inspector
- Supplying a full, clear programme of design development, construction, and handover
