## Description
This PIN is to notify the market that UKRI (UK Research and Innovation) is planning to launch a procurement for a framework of major and minor building works for the Medical Research Council. The works are mainly, but not exclusively targeting the transformation of the MRC (Medical Research Council) Estate to a net zero position, including complex facilities that must be compliant to specific statutory and regulatory requirements.
