## Description
There is currently no ETE provision across the region following the cessation of the CRS contract in 2024.  This has identified a big gap for our people on probation. This service will provide a holistic provision for those with an ETE need in 6 PDUs - Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex North, Essex South, Hertfordshire and Norfolk (please note that Suffolk and Northants have provision commissioned separately).
