Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) is developing a new approach to business support that will help businesses start, grow, innovate and thrive. 
We are inviting suppliers, delivery partners and stakeholders to participate in preliminary market engagement to help shape the future of business support across Tees Valley where we would welcome feedback and insight from the market. 
The purpose of the engagement is to share our emerging thinking, test assumptions, understand market appetite and capability, and gather feedback that will help inform the future service design, specification, procurement strategy and commercial approach. We are particularly interested in understanding opportunities, risks, barriers to participation and innovative approaches that could strengthen the future model and support successful delivery.
