NCHA would like to inform potential suppliers via this Preliminary Market Engagement notice that we are seeking to procure supplier(s) for our CCTV services. The services will include: • The upgrading existing equipment • Maintenance of newly installed and existing equipment • Servicing of newly installed and existing equipment • Installation services including transfer of equipment to other sites • Decommissioning • CCTV signage • Temporary/dummy cameras. The new contract term will be determined following the market engagement exercise. The contract value is estimated at £1.6 - £3m. Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) houses more than 20,000 people across the East Midlands. We manage approximately 10,000 homes in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.
