The MoD are driving to improve the quality of equipment and platform data they hold. For this contract, we are asking industry to develop output specifications for the NSN’s contained within this requirement. An output specification is a qualitative specification, detailing the NSN’s high-level functional and physical performance characteristics, test and inspection criteria and permissible tolerances following in-depth repair activities. An Output Specification is not to be construed as a repair specification; which would detail how the Contractor Deliverable is to be repaired.
