Coverage: 23 active published awards; 23 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council (the “Council”) is responsible for a range of statutory duties with regard to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness under the provisions of the Housing Act 1996, Part 7 (as amended) and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.This includes the provision of Temporary Accommodation to families, couples and single people who meet certain criteria as set out in the legislative framework. Currently, Tameside MBC is providing Temporary Accommodation to over one hundred and fifty (150) households placed in Temporary Accommodation. This high level of demand means that on some occasions the Council has needed to use Bed & Breakfast accommodation in order to meet its statutory duties to accommodate homeless people. The Council wishes to reduce/eliminate the use of bed & breakfast accommodation for homeless households and is looking for Service Provider who can provide suitable Temporary nightly charged accommodation.
