## Description
The Council is procuring a Leisure Centres Management contract with a main term of 10 years that will commence on 15th January 2022 and expire on 14th January 2032  with the option of a negotiated 5-year extension. 
The contract will cover the following two facilities:
•The new Marina Centre
•Phoenix Pool and Gym
