    "description": "NHSE and NHS Employers DoOD have developed a more informed understanding of future work required in this area and have agreed to deliver some specific projects by working collaboratively under contract terms. These include: OD Essentials programme, Bitesize Learning, and Mentoring programme.\nOD Essentials programme: To coordinate and manage four cohorts of the five-week programme (up to 80 spaces per cohort), actively working to increase uptake and access from regions previously underserved by the programme, which is aimed at Foundation level.
