          "description": "Tender assessment shall be based on the following assessment:\nExperience of similar promotion - 30% \nExperience of reaching relevant audiences - 20% \nExperience of lead generation support activities - 15% \nExperience of creating activities that position a  location (or a product) as desirable or investable - 10% \nExperience of generating opportunities - 5% \nSocial value - 10% \nPrice - 10%\nThe top three scoring tenders will be invited to interview. The interview panel shall comprise four individuals from Enterprise Oxfordshire, and respondents will be required to prepare a short presentation describing their proposal, following which the Panel will ask all interviewees the same questions.\nThe tender with the highest average interview score shall be awarded the contract. \nPlease see the tender documentation for more detail."
