        "description": "Following appointment to the framework, suppliers will be ranked according to their combined technical and commercial scores achieved during the evaluation stage with a maximum of six suppliers appointed. This ranking will determine the order in which suppliers may be awarded work. Individual call-offs may be awarded either through further competition, where all suitable framework suppliers are invited to bid and evaluation criteria and weightings may be adjusted to suit the specific requirement, or via direct award. Where a direct award is used, the highest-ranked supplier will be approached first, with the opportunity passed down the ranked list if they are unable to deliver the requirement.
