We will give your child a safe, caring and supportive environment with the latest technology for learning.\nWe are recognised for the care, support and outstanding academic achievement we provide for all students, coupled with leadership opportunities and preparation for working life in modern Britain. We ensure our students are ready to take their place in the wider society of which they are a part.\nSchool years are the most important in the lives of our children and we need to ensure that every child has the right to an excellent education\nOur Mission is:\n1.\tTo provide the best education for all students in order for them to achieve their personal best in all aspects of academy life.\n2.\tTo develop, personal, social, moral and spiritual development within an environment where every child really does matter.\n3.\tTo create an orderly, disciplined, caring environment and prepare all students for the world of work and further education in the 21st century.\nThe School has outsourced its ICT for a long period but it is now necessary to go to market for the next phase of our development that will improve effectiveness, efficiency (both in the classroom and the supporting business functions) and as such also be cost effective.\nThis procurement includes (but may not be limited to) the items listed below.  \n•\tA core managed service, management of all ICT against an agreed SLA\n•\tA Service Desk, available 52 weeks a year including out of hours access\n•\tLocal staffing with a minimum of one full time (50 weeks) role, possibly supported by other on-site roles which suppliers deem necessary to deliver the service and meet the SLA requirements\n•\tStrategic advice and direction to the School regarding ICT\n•\tResponsibility for design, specification, installation, and management of all ICT infrastructure\n•\tSupply of goods and services based on an agreed Best Value approach\n•\tManagement of 3rd parties where relevant to the ICT support\n•\tRelevant monitoring, management, patching\n•\tRegular performance reporting\n•\tCPD and training - digital skills and curriculum as necessary\n•\tThere is an expectation that the provider will support and/or drive innovation\n•\tMaintain technical documentation\n•\tMaintain operational documentation, for example inventory management and risk registers\n•\tCollective partnership targets aligned to the school's objectives\n•\tIn school support for the integration and upgrade of the connectivity, communications and security infrastructure as required\n•\tSuppliers may be required to deliver a range of technology and change management projects in addition to the providing the core managed service.\nSuppliers should note the following:\n•\tThe school will provide a standard contract as part of the ITT Pack \n•\tThere is a requirement for TUPE from existing supplier",
