Specifically, the next\nsupplier in the original ranking order (based on the\nmost advantageous tender evaluation) will move up\nby one rank.\nThis ensures that the rotational allocation of work\ncontinues fairly among the remaining suppliers,\nreflecting the relative evaluation scores from the\ntender process.\nSuccessful suppliers admitted to the framework will\nbe awarded call-off contracts (Appendix D) on a\nrotational basis (or other transparent mechanism\ndetermined by the Council) to ensure a fair and\nequitable allocation of work among all framework\nsuppliers. The Council reserves the right to vary the\nrotation mechanism, acting reasonably, to reflect\nfactors such as:\n• Supplier performance and quality of delivery,\n• Capacity to undertake work at a given time, or\n• Specific requirements of individual projects\nFor works not included within Appendix B \nSchedule of Prices (e.g., small extensions or\nbespoke work relating to DFG) or higher-value\nworks, the Council will run a mini-competition. All\nframework suppliers will be invited to submit a\nquotation based on the specification provided. Site\nvisits will be permitted by prior arrangement with\nCouncil Technical Officers. The contract will be\nawarded to the supplier submitting the most\nadvantageous quotation. A further site visit may be\narranged prior to commencement, after which\nmobilisation can proceed according to the agreed\ntimetable.\nSuppliers should be aware that there is no\nguaranteed minimum or regular number of jobs\nduring the framework term. Work volumes will\nfluctuate due to client referrals, enquiries, Technical\nOfficer assessments, and grant approval timings.\nApproximately half of the annual cases are\nexpected to relate to level-access showers or\nexternal access ramps, but this may vary. The DFG work we are potentially offering through a future procurement opportunity would be primarily in owner occupied homes in locations in any town or village in Breckland.\nBreckland District Council is issuing this Pre Market Engagement Notice to receive expressions of interest for engagement and feedback from the market to establish potential interest around delivery of the DFG Adaptation works which will support and inform the procurement process.
