Coverage: 20 active published awards; 15 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Planning and rationale

No-engagement rationaleNot published |
Procedure rationalePeaceRep is an ongoing programme. Acquiring the services from a different supplier would result in incompatibility with the existing service and disproportionate technical difficulties. The supplier is required to gain all official permissions to survey (national, state, county level), have a nation-wide network of enumerators and other logistical means to conduct the survey. The supplier has the technical means, the capability and three years experience of collaborating with the requester and implementing the survey to the necessary academic standard. Furthermore, Detcro will co-fund the project with other acquired means with up to USD 60,000 |
