The purpose of the Prior Information Notice (\"PIN\") is to issue a pre-market consultation questionnaire to understand the level of appetite within the market for the following Framework requirements.\nThe purpose of the framework is to obtain research, economic and evaluation services specific to the housing sector and Homes England’s role in helping to deliver the homes the country needs, supporting the government’s broader levelling up agenda and working with partners to support the creation, regeneration, development and continued wellbeing of communities.
