Coverage: 139 active published awards; 134 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
There are 12 public skate parks in West Lothian Council, including the well known Livingston Skate Park (Almondvale Skate Park). The skate parks range in size and design, including full concrete and ramps.
West Lothian Council has dedicated a significant budget over the course of the next 3 years, for a professional review of the condition of all assets, as well as for any repairs required. The aim of the project is to bring all skate park assets back to a safe, fit-for-purpose condition and protect these assets long term from falling into disrepair and from closure.
