The Service shall be delivered in a range of ways including providing personal care, personal support and housing support within Supported Persons own homes, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, each day per year. Tenderers should note that there is no guarantee of any business, use, level of use or continuity of business through the FF. The Duration at 'II.2.7' is the initial period. The Council may, at its sole discretion, extend the duration of the Agreement for a period of up to one (1) year from the Expiry Date, for the period 1 April 2028 until 31 March 2029, subject to having secured all necessary approvals, budget availability and satisfactory performance of the Agreement.
