Coverage: 5 active published awards; 5 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
The FCDO awarded the Contract for £7,317,322 to KPMG LLP. The Prosperity Fund was announced in the 2015 Strategic Defence and Security Review and represents a key component of the prosperity pillar of the UK Aid Strategy. It is a £1.2bn Cross-Whitehall Fund that aims to reduce poverty through inclusive economic growth. This programme is a jointly conceived and funded partnership between the government of the UK and India. The first project has been agreed as a joint partnership project between the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India. The second project has been agreed to be a joint partnership project between the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and Ministry of Power, Government of India. The UK is committed to support India’s energy transition and climate goals through this programme, deepening our collaboration on climate action. The Covid-19 crisis has also underlined the importance of countries working together to ensure a clean and resilient global recovery. It is possible the contract may be extended up to 12 months.
