## Description
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is a unitary, metropolitan authority located in the West Midlands. SMBC is made of 6 towns (West Bromwich, Oldbury, Tipton, Wednesbury, Smethwick, Rowley Regis). SMBC employs over 4500 people.
