## Description
The Utilities wish to create a framework that will deliver the majority of their Technology maintenance and enhancement projects, inclusive of hardware & software requirements. 
The framework will be divided into two lots:
Lot 1 - End to End Program Delivery - This will include but is not limited to; advisory services & strategy development, design, build, implementation, configuration, integration, testing, hyper-care, on-going application support & maintenance, 1st & 2nd line support and operational support (NOC & SOC). For large programs of work, the resell of any necessary hardware and software may also be included.
Lot 2 - Hardware & Software Resell & Renewals Management - This will include but is not limited to; hardware & software selection services, hardware & software resell (inclusive of professional services, support & maintenance), hardware & software renewals management.
