Overview of Requirement The successful Service Provider will deliver services to two customer groups within these schemes, Full Customers (most of residents in each scheme) and 24/7 Only Customers, together described as Residents. The 24/7 Emergency Response Service is only required when responding to emergency calls and has been put in place to give Residents re-assurance if they have a care emergency.
