Derry City and Strabane District Council wish to procure a developer to develop the site adjacent to the proposed Leisure Centre Development at Templemore Road, Derry. The Subject Property (for disposal) comprises of an area of land of circa 3.03Ha in the southeast corner of the existing Templemore Sport Complex site. As these lands are not required as part of the Templemore Leisure Centre redevelopment, the lands are being made available for sale/disposal. Council has also identified Other Potential (DFC) Land of circa 0.81Ha, immediately to the east of the Subject Property, which DfC may be willing to consider for disposal in support of this Development Opportunity.
